Make one thing easier to start

Make one thing easier to start

When a project feels too big, the next useful move is often a smaller decision. Choose one person the work is for. Name the thing it helps them do. Then make a version that is small enough to put in front of them.

That version does not need to explain your entire practice. It needs to make one promise clearly and give someone a way to respond. Keep the notes from that response. They are usually more useful than another week of polishing in private.

For this week: write the next visible decision on a card. Finish a small proof of it before you add another task.
