Your ticket handles the practical bits

Dietary notes are collected with the order, every guest can have their own admission, and checked-in tickets cannot be used again. The host sees the live guest list without spreadsheets.

Account information: email address, username, display name, and profile content you create.

Lead capture data: email addresses voluntarily submitted by visitors through profile forms.
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it – whether or not you have an account with us. This covers anything you did using just your email, such as buying a download, joining a membership, getting a booking pass, or signing up to an email list.

Open the full Privacy page to send a data request. We will email you a link to confirm it is really you, then action your request. Records we are legally required to keep (such as financial transactions for tax) are retained, with your personal details removed.
